Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

• •You must be at least 13 years old to use the Platform.
• •If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use the Platform and participate in any competitive features.
• •If prizes or rewards are ever offered (see Section 4), participation may be restricted to users aged 18 or older, or subject to additional eligibility requirements that will be communicated at that time.
• •You must provide accurate information when registering an account.

2. Accounts

• •One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to gain a competitive advantage is prohibited.
• •You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• •We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abuse, or attempt to manipulate the scoring or leaderboard system.

3. Picks & Scoring

• •All picks are final once locked. No changes are accepted after the pick deadline for each event.
• •Scoring is applied automatically based on official event results. Our decisions regarding scoring interpretations are final.
• •In the event of a tournament cancellation, postponement, or result change after scoring, we reserve the right to adjust, void, or re-score affected events.

4. Prizes & Rewards

• •We may introduce prizes, rewards, or sponsored competitions in the future. Any such features will be subject to separate, clearly communicated rules published at that time.
• •Future prize competitions, if offered, may be subject to age restrictions (18+), geographic restrictions, and applicable local laws. Prizes are not guaranteed until explicitly and formally announced.
• •We are not responsible for any tax obligations arising from prizes, if and when offered.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• •Use automated scripts, bots, or any tools to submit picks or interact with the Platform.
• •Attempt to manipulate, reverse-engineer, or exploit the scoring system.
• •Share your account with others or access another user's account.
• •Post or transmit any harmful, abusive, or unlawful content through any contact features.
• •Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its infrastructure.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, and code on the Platform are the property of Podium Picks or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without prior written permission.

7. Disclaimers

• •The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
• •We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform or that results will always be entered in real time.
• •We are not affiliated with United World Wrestling (UWW) or any national wrestling federation.

8. Third-Party Data & Content

Podium Picks displays publicly available athlete and competition data sourced from United World Wrestling (uww.org), including wrestler names, nationalities, photos, bracket information, and results. This data is presented for fan and informational purposes only.

• •Podium Picks has no formal agreement, partnership, or affiliation with United World Wrestling (UWW) or any national wrestling federation. The UWW name and marks belong to their respective owners.
• •Athlete photos are served directly from UWW's public infrastructure and are not hosted or owned by Podium Picks. All image rights remain with UWW and/or the respective rights holders.
• •If you are a rights holder and believe any content on this Platform infringes your rights, please contact us at [email protected] and we will respond promptly.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Podium Picks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including loss of data, loss of picks, or inaccurate leaderboard standings.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may close your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected].

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
