Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you request deletion of your account, we will delete your personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. Pick history may be retained in anonymised form for statistical purposes.

Your data is protected by Cloudflare's global edge network with TLS encryption in transit and encryption at rest in our database. Passwords are never stored in plain text — they are stored using industry-standard one-way hashing. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to prevent unauthorised access, loss, or misuse of your data.

8. Children's Privacy

Podium Picks is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at [email protected] and we will delete it promptly.
